Our EPP foam ( industrial name Expanded Polypropylene ) is created in a heat and air environment.

Then follows a curing period, usually two days, and the Foam is ready for the craftsman's hands.

This particular material flexes when handled and can be cut with a hot wire, a blade or other type of cutting device.

EPP foam is a very durable material used in the auto industry for automobile bumpers.

In recent years, this virtually indestructive material has been used for the construction of remote control airplanes both big and small.

Our EPP foam sheets are ready to be cut, hot-wired and used in whichever application you intend.

1.3# density foam is lighter and more flexible than the 1.9# density foam.

We cannot be responsible for late, damaged, lost or stolen deliveries once they leave our hands.

If the carrier delivers a damaged / disfigured package, you have the right to file a claim with them.

Assess the damage; if it is directly to the foam itself or simply the wrapping / cardboard / packaging material.

If your package arrives with visible damage to its contents, you have the option to not accept /return the package PRIOR TO OPENING IT.

You may file a claim with the carrier company and contact us for further assistance.

Once you accept the package and/or open it, no further assistance from the carrier or us is possible in regards to claiming shipping damages and recovering any consideration.
Our EPP Foam:

We aim to offer a competitively priced and accurately cut product along with top-notch customer service.

Due to the nature of the product and cutting methods using industrial-sized cutting machines, please allow for minor variances.

A range from .05mm with thin sheets and up to the 1.5mm range with thicker sheets in regards to the thickness of the foam.

The 6/7, 8/9, 10/11, etc. sheet sizes are offered categories of sizes and sheets may very within that particular size range.

If you desire / need an absolutely "perfect cut" for your project, please email us prior to placing an order, we will survey and measure our current inventory. If not, we'll cut fresh inventory.

An accurate measurement of the sheets is made at the ends width wise, not along the edge length wise, which may vary slightly in some cases.

Note: The 1.9# density foam cuts more accurately due to its rigidity as compared to 1.3#.

Ultimately, you do have the option of returning the building material within 7 business days for full refund less original shipping cost.

Foam is wrapped in our famous plain brown paper and / or bundled in recycled and/or recyclable material.
- Orders are processed and shipped typically within 3 hours on the same business day prior to 3pm P.S.T.
- Occasionally processing may take 12 to 24 hours dependent on stock, sales volume or holidays.
- U.S. orders arrive in 1 - 7 business days depending on location, size of order, special adjustments or requests along with the preceding.

- We ship USPS, it being the most cost effective method.
- Your order arrives within 6-10 business days.
- Starting International shipping rate is $24.95 and up, yet shipping charged at checkout will be $0.
- You will receive a separate Invoice via PayPal shortly after placing your order.
- Email us with an exact estimated order prior to placing an order, and we'll respond with an accurate quote.
- Size restrictions to certain countries exist ( under 79" total dimension limit ).
- This means some locales only 36" x 12" sheets could ship.
